I start by listening to you so that your session is tailored to your needs. I work therapeutically with a deep understanding of anatomy to heal the body of aches, pains, and injuries. In the same session it is also my intention to use techniques that allow you to deeply relax, letting go of stress and the worries of the mind. Through this deep relaxation in a safe and caring field of energy, one remembers the deeper truths of his or her Self and all of Life.

It is my hope that through this integrative style of work each client will leave the session feeling significantly better in their body, relaxed and peaceful in their person with a fresh and healthy perspective on life.
